LUCY CRICHTON:
Claire and the team are fab. Jericho is so excited when he's picked up. Very easy to communicate with and always happy to chop and change days which is so helpful when balancing work with our furry friend.
HAZEL FRASER:
Claire has been really good to work with, from the initial induction to finding a suitable staff member to work with Rolo. He is a very reactive dog, just a pup so still learning, but we know this can be tricky and her staff have been fab at persevering with Rolo even though we know this is tough sometimes. Claire has been able to support us with further training for Rolo and we are looking forward to working with her and the team to help Rolo feel calmer on his walks. Thanks for all the hard work team.
Claire has been helping us for about 6 months with our German shepherd Charlie who was very reactive towards cars people dogs pretty much everything that moved. Claire showed us that it was not aggressive behaviour but lead reactive and over friendliness but Charlie was going the wrong way to show it so with Claire's help and information of things we were doing right and things we could work on we started a plan to make changes and with in weeks we could see the progress he was making hes not there yet by no means but where he was and where he is now is like night and day. we cannot thank Claire enough for all the help and support she has gave us and continues to do so.
